HOW IT WORKS

1. Install the extension
2. Log in to your institution's LMS (Moodle, Canvas, Blackboard, etc.)
3. Navigate to your exam. Smowl will automatically activate, performing a system check and entering the secure proctoring mode.
4. Focus on your exam with the assurance of a fair testing environment.

REQUIRED PERMISSIONS

This extension needs certain permissions to ensure exam security:
• Browser and system access for exam environment integrity.
• Display monitoring for assessment security.
• Data storage for session continuity.

You can manage the SMOWL EXTENSION by accessing the extensions menu in the browser bar: chrome://extensions/

Clicking on the icon in the browser's top right corner you can enable/disable SMOWL EXTENSION, configure the tool in detail, and remove it.
