Dark mode for the web interface of the Keenetic devices

This extension adds a switchable "dark theme" to the Keenetic devices web UI. It supports legacy firmare versions (2.16.x) along with current stable and development branches (3.x).
The extension also adds a number of features to the device web UI:
- additional links in the menu (e.g. direct link to the device log)
- configurable filters on the "Devices list" page
- IP lookup (via a Cloudflare worker) to make it easier to add routes to a domain
- extended stats display for device Ethernet ports
- etc.
