- I'd pick ZERO stars if that was an option. I've spent the past 3 days trying to get into the lockdown browser with no results, and now I guess I'll be missing my midterm entirely as a result. Very frustrated by this. I tried it on a Mac desktop, a Chromebook, and a Dell desktop and the lockdown browser would not allow me in on any of them.

- this is so inefficient! i do not understand how can institutions still using such providers... i have spent 4+ hours trying to access an algebra test with no results since pearson lockdown browser is not able to access my test.
- Jennifer Allard
- I have been trying to download this to take a test for over 1 week and have spent countless hours on MacBook, iMac and even purchased a chromebook for $200 in the hopes that I could finally take my test and it still doesn't allow me to!!

- I was able to open the lockdown browser but I keep running into an issue when i'm trying to record the video in the second step after reading the terms of use. Okay, so I restart my laptop and delete browsing data from the last 7 days and try again, but now a prompt keeps popping up saying I have to be using a Chromebook to use the extension, which I am, and it won't let me into the lockdown browser at all now. I am very frustrated and by the other reviews this is not a new problem.

- pretty sure I just failed a test because it kicked me out before I could even see the first question last night then when I had to get my teacher to let me back in it let me answer 5 out of thirty questions and spent 30 minutes loading. this app deserves negative stars!

- will not install.

- Won't even open 50% of the time. When it does open, it can be very buggy.

- terrible does not proctor correctly blocks things needed
- Tellie Corey
- Doesn't allow you to properly answer questions in quizzes and test that use this system. The lock makes it to where video questions cant be viewed because it pops up in a different window and blocks it. Affects grades even when your trying to do the work.
