- Love it! This will help answer three key questions immediately: 1) Are users seeing what I want them to see? (Scroll depth) 2) Are users engaging with what I want them to engage with? (heatmaps and clicks and taps) 3) Are the things users engaging with leading to or detracting from the outcome I care about These answers will inform me of the things I should be focusing on to improve the layout or experience to be optimal for users. Very helpful!

- I am always looking at our websites & native apps trying to uncover ways to better the experience with no customer sentiment. With QM and Visible, I can take any page (landing, top-of-funnel, funnel, etc.) and understand for any platform the following: 1.) What is the average scroll depth on a page or native app view? 2.) What are users clicking on above and below that line? 3.) Which of these interactions are promoting conversion and detracting from conversion. As I go through each page, I ideate on changes to experiment and watch both the macro and micro conversions go up. The result is a tighter and more efficient experience that drives UX, reduces friction and increases revenue. It is a beautiful thing.
