- I was hacked and i cant get anyone to care. Im not protected. What good is closing the door after the burglar leaves? Im very disappointed with all of Norton. I was robbed and the Norton 360 wouldnt touch it. Thats my bank account and they tried to say it was something they dont cover. If you ask they say they cover it but they wouldnt. Couldnt care less.

- Pop-ups promoting the Norton Email Masking service are VERY annoying and constantly get in the way when typing or entering your email. Norton refuses to remove it!! I will cancel my subscription when it expires! The program itself works just fine.

- I'm glad I got it on a trial bases, I've already canceled it. It worked great for three days and is now unusable.

- My anti track is doing the same thing. It displays that its offline and no matter what I do, I simply cannot get it back online and working properly. Please fix it or refund all of my Norton funds and I will go elsewhere.

- Same problem as Daniel and Albert along with others on here. Also slowing down my websites! Fix it already or refund me. Not worth the cost if I can't work and I'm not protected!

- I am unable to get into sites that I used to. This is very frustrating.

- I get anti-track pop up to enable anti track (I didn't disable so I can't tell how it was disabled). Click and nothing to enable it happens. Norton products becoming to complicated to use and no longer intuitive.

- Norton AntiTrack blocks too many legitimate sites. I had to disable it.

- I am no longer able to use password and now have to repeatedly request passcode. Finelly can't open vault.

- I keep getting a notice when switching my laptop on in the morning that I am NOT using the anti tracking app. So I go to switch it on, only to get told it is already operational on my edge browser. What a pain it is!

- In all honesty, Norton needs to revisit some of these add-on applications because they don't work, they’re not user friendly and/or they do not sync/connect with Norton even after it prompts log -in after 2-4 times. The extensions for Norton Anti-Track, safe-search and safe-web are annoying and tend to get in the way often which lead to some websites not loading up and it’s not as easy to find a simple solution. I would not recommend using these applications as they are a waste of time and money!

- I have been with Norton many many years. Your software is tough to install and each product has its own password . and if you use the wrong one ,your security log in requires endless pick the fire plug, pick the bus , pick the crosswalks are endless and frustrating, Why not one account and password for all my stuff including password saver? I am seriously thinking of going elsewhere for my security package. Help. [email protected]

- it worked straight away for me. if you go to your Norton App., you can manage which browsers you want to add it to

- Seems useless. Every time I click on the icon in the Edge toolbar it asks for a log-in and then nothing happens. Unfortunately, I can't give it zero stars so one will need to do.

- i'm sure norton is a good product but why do i have to re load every time i close my computer when it is there to keep me protected all the time. looks like if i pay as Mutch as they charge and say there as good as are supposed to be when you open your computer all your products i have purchased they would open automatically.
