- Terrible site. Do not sign up. It is zero rating. I have been waiting for 2.5 hours and still no response. I guess busy experts, in the meantime my dog is getting worse. I wish I had not signed up because I am trying to cancel and cannot find it in subscriptions.

- What kind of garbage is this anyway? I wanted to speak to a person, and got nothing, no human; they did finally hang up. Why are we paying Social Security to have people simply sitting at a desk? This is not a modern form of communication; anyone can sit in a closet to have total silence. Why can't we simply TALK to a HUMAN at Social Security anymore? Serious health issues and transportation keep me from going to our local office for assistance.

- I did get my $5.00 worth. Attorney A contacted me, read te extensive description of my issue that I wrote, and offered questions and suggestions. One of her questions was insightful, though it didn't bear directly on the issue. Further comments confirmed my decision to proceed with my appeal, in part by writing a letter and creating a timeline.
