使用方法：
1、下载安装扩展
2、点击扩展打开
3、查看右下角的开关按钮
4、开关按钮打开则是支持跳过广告和视频，关闭则不对视频和广告进行跳过
Video ads are skipped with one click, and training courses are skipped very quickly.
How to use:
1. Download and install the extension
2. Click on the extension to open it.
3. Check the switch button in the lower right corner
