FontPeek identifies any font on any webpage. Hover over text to see the font name, size, weight, line-height, and color.
Web designers, developers, and typography enthusiasts regularly need to identify fonts used on websites. FontPeek makes it instant. No need to dig through DevTools or inspect element panels.
How it works:
Click the FontPeek icon to enter inspect mode. Hover over any text on the page. A compact tooltip appears showing the complete font information. Click on any text to pin the info and copy the font name to clipboard. Press Escape to exit.
What FontPeek shows:
Font family (the actual rendered font, not just the CSS stack)
Font size in pixels
Font weight
Line height
Text color as HEX with a color swatch
FontPeek detects the actual rendered font using the browser font loading API. If a CSS rule specifies a font stack, FontPeek shows which font in the stack is actually being used.
No popup menus, no settings, no configuration. Click the icon, hover, see the font. That is the entire workflow.
