Outlook Bulk Mail Merge

Outlook Bulk Mail Merge lets you send personalized bulk emails directly from an Excel or CSV file using your Outlook account. No server, no complex setup – everything happens in your browser using Microsoft Graph.

Upload a contacts file, design your subject/body with placeholders like {firstName} or {companyName}, and send customized messages in a few clicks. Ideal for outreach, follow‑ups, and any scenario where you need to email many people without losing the personal touch.

Key features

1) Excel / CSV contacts

- Load contacts from .xlsx, .xls, or .csv files.
- Automatically detects the email column (e.g. email, Email, workEmail).
- Uses all other columns as placeholders (e.g. firstName, companyName, url).
- Template-based personalization

2) Write your own subject and body using placeholders like:
- {firstName}, {lastName}
- {email}, {companyName}, {url}
- Each email is rendered per‑row using the values from your file.
- Outlook sending

3) Sign in with your Microsoft account using OAuth.
- Emails are sent via Microsoft Graph (/me/sendMail) as you.
- No separate SMTP configuration required.
- Dry run mode

4) “Dry run” option simulates sending without actually sending emails.
- Lets you verify templates, placeholder replacement, and recipients safely.
- Logs which messages would have been sent.
- Throttling control

5) Configure a delay (seconds) between emails.
- Helps avoid sending too fast or triggering rate limits / spam filters.
- Local template persistence

6) The extension remembers:
- From name
- Subject template
- Body template
- Throttle value
