TabLock

TabLock locks the active tab so it cannot be closed without unlocking it. Clicking the
extension icon again unlocks the tab. Lock behavior can be customized in the Options
page.

- Close shortcuts are blocked and close attempts trigger the browser confirm dialog
(some sites require a user click; the optional arm overlay helps with this).
