- I've tried repeatedly to create an account and log in to no avail. Emailed company multiple times to get assistance and finally, days later, got an email with directions. Followed the directions and STILL cannot log in.

- I get zero notifications for Swag Codes anymore, it's annoying that the SwagButton only works on desktops. I also really dislike that IF I do happen to catch a code on Thursday, that I have to be by my computer to redeem.

- I actually like this "button" on my browser. yes sometimes it can be annoying but heck I can deal with annoyance if I can save $! I did get some cash back and bonus coupons added when I shop online, and NGL, I was impressed how many websites I would never think it would have been connected to Swagbucks to get these deals.

- The SwagButton works for when I'm shopping, except Walmart, but for other purposes it doesn't always work very well, SwagCodes pop-up, but when you click it says no codes available. I am for the most part enjoying Swag Bucks though.

- I love how when I'm shopping or browsing for an item on a site, the Swagbucks extension pops up and lets me know how much cash back I could receive by clicking on the icon. It makes it easy to earn money back while shopping.

- I've been doing Swagbucks since my oldest was in diapers (2011). This extension is really helpful, especially when it comes to getting swag bucks back for online shopping, BUT I just discovered today that the extra page that always prints when printing Google Docs is caused by this extension! If I turn it off, NO blank page! I'd love it if Swagbucks could figure out why that is happening and make it stop!

- I have been with Swagbucks since 2009. The Swagbucks widget makes utilizing the app to save money during shopping simple and precise. This company is definitely legit, always providing interesting ways to engage it's customers with interesting surveys, games and ways to save money or get rewarded when shopping at different retail stores. I was inactive for a period of time in which they deactivated my account, but when I returned, it was easy to reinstate and a pleasant experience as well. Looking forward to the future with these guys. Thank you Swagbucks.

Swagbucks is very reliable in tracking the shopping trip and automatically issuing the cashback into my account. I have been using them as my main savings site for 15 years.

- Very disappointed in Swagbucks. Joined a month ago and used it for all my online purchases and downloaded and grinded several games to earn the rewards. They deactivated my account with no contact or reasoning why. I feel like I wasted my time and money on earning these rewards, and instead of getting the rewards, they deactivated the account so they don't have to pay out. Ridiculous. I created a support ticket but it says it takes up to 30 days to hear back. Very unhelpful and untrustworthy. I've had much better luck using the Freecash app for cashback on games, fwiw. Avoid Swagbucks if you have hope for actually getting the rewards you've earned.

- The SwagButton has not been notifying me of swagcodes for the last few months. Very disappointed. Please fix it to go back to notifying when there is a swagcode.

- The SwagButton has not been working correctly for the past few weeks. When I go to shop, takes awhile for the SwagButton to come up to click on. And now for a little over a month I have not been notified of swagcodes in the swagbutton like I used to. Disappointed to say the least.

- This button is absolutely annoying. There are no more swag codes. I get constant pop ups to participate in surveys - multiple times per day - and the surveys are not worth the time it takes to complete them IF you get to complete them because you're so often ruled out. I get pop ups on websites where there's no affiliation trying to direct me away from the site I'm using to one they're affiliated with.

- I have been using Swagbucks for over 10 years with no issues. The Swag button ensures you are aware when you are on a site that participates. I have sadly missed opportunities when shopping on my tablet.

- Does not reward for purchases made with the extension activated and cash back clicked. Activity does not appear on account. Swag codes are almost always unavailable. The constant reminder to take another survey while I'm in the middle of something else is annoying. Overall the extension is garbage and should be avoided.
