• (2024-09-10) Christine Hart: Easy to use and the pop-ups are a great reminder although it doesn't always work well for shopping. The following is a bit repetitive but it is my experience: Updated July 2021 - pop-ups don't seem to happen as often but still don't always get credit when shopping through the SwagButton. Updated - October 2022 - still a great reminder to shop and earn points although from time to time, it still does not work as expected. Just recently I ordered twice from the same location and only received credit for one even though I clicked the button and it indicated 'activated'. Even so - I still love it. Another update from July 2023 - I wonder if anyone from Swagbucks reads these comments because the Swag Button still does not always recognize shopping rewards even though I click on it and get the little green dot. An update from July 2024 - I don't mind the pop-ups because they are good reminders. I try to remember to click the button when shopping and look for the green dot. It worked a few days ago but I did not receive shopping credit yesterday Swagbucks keeps asking for my opinion so I keep updating - September 2024 - the button seems to be working better for shopping. My last few purchases have all credited to my account. The pop-ups continue to be a good reminder to use the button for shopping points and I like the 'reminder feature'. Yesterday the reminder helped me earn 10 points per dollar instead of what would have been four.
• (2024-08-15) CaptEoNinja83: The shopping part of the Swagbutton works best when you can get more than 1 swagbuck point per dollar spent. So time it right. I bought once something from BestBuy when it was 10 Swagbucks per dollar spent and got more than $6 back! That was cool! It's VERY useful for Swagcodes!

• (2024-07-22) Paul Snow: Swag Code alerts are rarely received on time. Links often don't work. Nags at the bottom of most Swagbucks pages to install the SwagButton extension are annoying, especially since I installed it years ago!
• (2024-05-15) Laura Lynda: it's generally good. very easy to use. however, i've had many instances where i have clicked it and it shown the check mark that it registered, but then i don't get my reward after making a purchase. updated: it's super glitchy and way more than half the time i do not get the reward, even if it shows that it's tracking the purchase.
• (2024-03-12) Bulinda Moore: I love the Swag Bucks Extension Button because it is so convenient to alert me to savings. I am on a very fixed income and so I love to save and shop. The Swag Button Extension Button is a GIFT!!! Today my experience has been a pleasure with so much excitement. I learn and I earn so much being a Swag Buck member and to make it better it better I get faster notices using the Swag Button. Today is March 12, 2024 and I am too happy to still be a part of the greatest family online for SwagBucks to utilize the SwagButton, I am thankful to do surveys, play games to win of course and so many bonus pert when I can get a lower cost on some favorite platforms such as starz for a fraction of the cost. SwagButton is the best and I could not have gotten here without SwagBucks.
• (2024-02-13) J Serra: swag extension does not tell me there are active codes even though that seems to be the reason to have it. I get online and look at button, no alert. I click on it and "ask" and it says no alert. Then I will find out after it has already expired that there was in fact a valid code. have to search other places to get it. What is the point? Also I click on it and it does not immediately register. Plus I will open computer and it tells me there is a code which I enter it only to find out it expired. Not like a few minutes after it but maybe 20 or 30 minutes later. Another thing, I think this is the swag button so sometimes when I get a code and it says you have to redeem this on the swag button and I click on the swag button to enter the code, it says sorry this is only good on the swag button. HUH? If this is the swag button and I have added it why doesn't it let me enter the code? This happens at least once a week. I do find using google to get the codes for SB, Inbox Dollar, or My Points is a lot easier than waiting for it to magically appear.

There have been many purchases I have made from walmart that the extension has responded to but I have yet to see points for, this process has been going on for at least 2 years. I see orange check marks but still no points added. I know there are more people who are experiencing the same thing. Prodege has yet to even look into this matter and fix it.

• (2023-12-22) Bj Patterson: I like having it on there to remind me to use it. My only complaint is that sometimes they don't pay out. I try and keep track of purchases to make sure I get the cash back and if I don't I know I can contact customer service and they will fix it. I try not to do this often and only if it's a larger amount. I can only imagine how they can track everything. I hate how they say they are doing it as a courtesy that kind of makes me think they aren't looking and maybe I might not have due. Overall great site I use daily for several hours and the cash back really helps, give them a try you might find yourself there daily like me
• (2023-12-18) Vonnie Schmitt: Half the time I get credit for my purchases and half the time I do not. It is frustrating! Update on review:STILL not getting credit for over half my purchases. I haven't done any surveys as I very rarely finish them. I put up with the constant nagging for each window. I refresh before completing each purchase. Still problems!!!
• (2023-12-10) Shawnda: I like having it remind to use it when I am shopping because I do forget about it sometimes. What I do NOT like about it is, if I am not actually shopping and just browsing, the link will pop up to "remind me". If I am on the same sit, I don'twant it to constantly pop up, as it is a pain in the butt and very irrating when it does this. Overall, I do like having it though.

• (2023-11-08) Miriam Rubinoff (selkie305): It's useful for entering codes, especially those that can only be entered via the Swagbutton. But there are still a lot of bugs to be worked out. It doesn't report all the codes, and sometimes says there's a code when there isn't one. I can't use it on Firefox; when I tried, it messed up my whole browser and I had to uninstall and reinstall Firefox to fix it. And recently the button became nonfunctional on Chrome until I reinstalled it. Fix all this, Swagbucks, please! UPDATE: It seems to be working fine now, at least for the purposes I use it for, which is mostly learning when there is a swag code.

• (2023-10-21) Siobhan H: It mostly works and is really useful for picking up deals that you wouldn't think about and getting cashback for groceries etc. However, recently it pops up on every tab constantly, even if I've already activated the code. I have no idea why. It's still doing this, every page on a shopping website, even though it's already activated. Extremely annoying. I have to turn it off when it does this which means I'm missing out on deals.

FYI to disable / enable go to your browser settings / tools / extensions. You choose to only enable it when actually shopping if you prefer - but you could lose out on sb if you forget to enable it....

• (2023-09-27) JamesChannel1: The platform itself was very straightforward and easy to use. But as soon as I tried to cash out on a visa prepaid card after 8+ surveys, my account was disabled. I asked support about what had happened. And it turns out that doing the surveys and trying to cash out is a immediate account termination. Don't waste your time like they did mine.

• (2023-08-22) Tst-tab Tablet: I have been using swagbucks for years and years. The swagbutton used to be better when you could watch videos and earn. That was a great loss. Now I only use it for swagbutton ONLY codes and shopping. Like others have stated, from time to time my shopping is not recognized and I lose those swagbucks. Have submitted tickets for correction but that is a major chore in itself and is not always successful. Frustrating because before I hit the purchase button I check to see that swagbucks is activated so I'm like 98% sure that it's activated when I purchase...meaning there is some kind of a glitch in the software. Again...really wish you would remedy this shopping glitch AND really really wish you would bring back video watching to the swagbutton.
