• (2023-06-25) V 8: They steal money from your account regularly and call it a "maintenance fee". The dumbest thing I have ever heard. They charge a maintenance fee for doing absolutely nothing for you. What an awful company stealing thousands from people. Never in my life going near them again.

• (2022-06-18) Mark Madhavan: I've found that other extensions worked much better than CouponCabin. More than half my activity through CC was not successfully tracked, and I've had support requests stretch out to 4+ months with no resolution. Often CC's cashback rates were within 0.25% of competitors, and it's just not worth the time and effort to have to message their support system for a quarter of a percent of my purchase when rak or Honey work better. Also, recently they've been adding more restrictions in to help deny giving you cashback on certain sites (saying that if it isn't automatically tracked you cannot even open a support ticket about it). Just deleted my account.
• (2022-03-20) Lioness Heart: Will not work if using VPN! This extension will fail if you use an adblocker or if you like to "safely" browse the net with a VPN (Virtual Private Network). Given that most computer experts recommend VPN's as a MUST HAVE these days, Coupon Cabin needs to fix this issue! I have not had any issues with the 2 other major plugins that give cashback that I use. Thank you.

My last two large purchases (summed to over 1000$) they 'could not' get me my money, blaming the two different companies I purchased from even though they are affiliated with them. There are plenty of other companies out there that are way more reliable and will actually payout. Also, they ignore support tickets as I am still awaiting a repose to why they have not been able to get my money for me.

There's no downside to having a little angel on your browser asking you if you want to get money back while you're shopping on your usual sites. I've gotten $173.39 back and have been using it for 11 months. For companies who aren't CouponCabin participants, wise up, because I'll pick your competitor if I can get the same product at the same price AND cash back. My one complaint – I don't LOVE that even if you return only one item from your order, your cash back is nullified. It feels like I should still get cash back for the total I spent less the item I returned, but that's just one girl's opinion *insert shrugging girl emoji here*
