Stopped working after update.
Updates that DO NOT work at NOT updates but GLITCHES! Haven't been able to add products from AliExpress in a couple of weeks. BAD MOVE! Grounds for TERMINATION!

Extension was working great for a year and then they did an update in late September 2022 that no one asked for ... and it is no longer working - won't sync my products and they removed the "add to Modalyst" button from each individual product page - HUGE problem for my business. Please fix and get it back to what it was before and I will update to 5 stars.

it was working great until an "update" that no one asked for... and still isn't working, leaving me and my business feeling stranded... Support is very responsive and eager to assist, however it is going on over a week and this is stopping me from being able to run my business... very frustrated. Will change to 5 stars when/if it starts to work again..

Hi, I need help. I received an order at my store but when I go to sync with Aliexpress, it appears that the customer's address is wrong and it doesn't allow the sync so I can't send the order to the supplier. I've already checked it and all the information about the address is correct, in the help field on the website there's nothing saying about it.

Nightmare I click on import in Shien and it tells me I need to install Modalyst ext. I have already done this. I keep going round in circles

having some big issues with this app/extension. Im just a basic shopify store using the shopify Modalyst app that sources wish.com products via the modalyst app extension and other sites. When my customers place an order on my shopify website for goods that have been imported into my stores backend via Modalyst.co many of the items are wish.com products. I then have to go into Modalyst and place the order for the item separately which is fine but- When I go to order the item as an extension item theres a button called order on WISH. When I click this button it redirects me to wish.com to order the item. This is where I am having problems. so when i press the order on wish button though modalyst it takes me to wish.com website which im already logged in on anyway. its then automatically starts to add products to a cart then gives me the following message - We apologize for any inconvenience, but we need a few pieces of information so we can verify your account. Please enter your email address.Once we receive this information we will get you back shopping in no time. I’m not sure what wish.com wants? also there is a message on the Rh side of website while on logged in saying - Filling in shipping information Wait for the page and extension to finish loading before clicking. this message has been going for 30mins now and nothing is happening. i thought this would be easy to use but it appears not to be. also the email that comes through says it take 2 to 3 days for wish.com to get back to me with a response? im sure im doing everything ok. i then got an email from wish.com helpdesk saying - Hello Matthew, Thanks for following up. It looks like your account was blocked by our system. At this time, we won't be able to remove the block due to company policy (https://www.wish.com/terms). Please refer to our previous email if you have any issues with your most recent orders. Wish Customer Support Team www.wish.com/help i do not recomend the modalyst app or chrome extension for wish.com drop shipping product sourcing as there is some sort of backend technical issue between modalyst and wish that needs their IT guys to get together and sort out.
