There was a small glitch recently but I just had to left click the pinned extension icon and select the "Apply saved options to search?" checkbox and it's back to 100% functionality. Worth mentioning that this checkbox is in a separate popup (as I said: left click), not under the usual extension options view.

Anonymous 2012-01-09: Great! You can select regional eBay sites by going to chrome options; extensions; then select 'options' next to this add-on. Then simply choose your area in the drop down list. There is an email address for support too!
