ShakeTheSpear Research adds controls on YouTube and a small popup:

Watch / Shorts: Add the current video to a research project (searchable project list) and track the channel as a competitor when a channel id is available; opens ShakeTheSpear where needed.

Home, search, and suggestions: Add-to-project entry points on video cards where the UI is injected (layout may depend on YouTube’s page structure).

Channel pages: Open Strategist in a new tab and track competitors when the channel can be resolved to a YouTube channel id.

Optional Connect in the popup stores a session token and workspace id so the background service worker can call the same Fastify APIs as the ShakeTheSpear website. No YouTube Data API keys are embedded in the extension.
