Anti-Porn – Commitment-Based Content Blocking Extension

Anti-Porn is a Chromium browser extension built to help users block explicit and adult content with a focus on self-control and intentional protection.
It blocks known adult websites using fast, reliable domain rules and also detects explicit content through keyword filtering and optional page text scanning.

The extension uses a flexible site list system (Block List, Blocked Sites, Whitelist, and Gray List) to avoid conflicts and give users fine-grained control.
Gray-listed sites are allowed but monitored, while blocked sites are always denied access.

At its core is Commitment Mode, which makes protection harder to disable by adding intentional delays and penalties to deletions, reducing impulsive behavior.
Panic Mode provides temporary maximum protection by expanding scanning, disabling the whitelist, and activating for 10 hours when urgently needed.

Anti-Porn also tracks local statistics such as blocked attempts and days since last relapse.
All data stays on the user’s device, with no tracking, analytics, or external servers involved.
