2. Script level — Intercepts the actual JavaScript calls that trigger popups, pop-unders, and redirects. Runs inside the page context where ad scripts live.

3. DOM level — Detects and removes overlay elements in real time. If a site locks your scroll, IronCurtain unlocks it automatically.
