SafeHarbor
Extension Actions
SafeHarbor: local scam-risk scores—rules, optional on-device AI (Plus), ad/tracker list. Plus via ExtensionPay.
SafeHarbor helps you spot scam and social-engineering risk on the pages you open—before you act on a link, form, or “urgent” message.
What you get for free
Local risk score on each page using on-device rules (no cloud scoring for the basics).
A clear readout in the side panel and toolbar so you can see how “noisy” the page looks.
Optional built-in ad/tracker blocking (a small list—not a full ad-blocker replacement) you can turn off in settings if a site misbehaves.
SafeHarbor Plus (paid)
The on-device “deep scan” uses Chrome’s on-device model (Gemini Nano) when your browser supports it, to add another pass over the same page text—still without sending that text to us. Plus is USD $5.99/month and is billed through ExtensionPay (not through this listing form).
How to use it
Install SafeHarbor, open a normal http/https page, and use the side panel (shortcut Alt+Shift+S by default) for the full report. The first time you use on-device AI, Chrome may need flags or a one-time model download—see the extension’s options page.
Important
SafeHarbor is a safety aid, not legal, investment, or medical advice. It can be wrong. Always use your own judgment, especially for money, passwords, and personal data.
Privacy in short
Core checks run locally in your browser. Plus / ExtensionPay handles sign-in and payment on ExtensionPay’s site under their terms when you choose to subscribe.
