This Chrome extension adds a button to game card pages on the Steam Community website which allows you to automatically purchase the remaining cards in a set required to craft a badge.
Licensed under GPLv3. Source code is available at the Website link on the Details tab.

- Not working, just fails. Is not because of the Steam sale - using this on cards which take awhile to sell it does the exact same thing.
