- Horrible experience. When I used free version, it was awesome back then. I decided to pay for One-Year plan to say thank you. But now, it works outstandingly bad. The VPN is constantly dying and I have to reset it manually. Most Premium servers are not that great and I do not feel any Premium service with SetupVPN. Sometimes, I need to use different free VPN, so SetupVPN can work, which is absurd. Contacted Support via email several times, they only give ChatGPT generated replies about cache/cookies and all recommendations that never truly worked. Basically, Support is useless about the part, when it comes to Connection Issues. Now, I am using different free VPN I found on the internet, at least it works... If you are reading this, please, find different VPN that actually works, so you will avoid this headache I experience right now
