Add Chrome notifications to hangouts

Open source Extension which adds Chrome notifications to Hangouts tabs.
It supports multiple hangouts instances at the same time (for example if you're using both Gmail and Inbox).
Notifies you when:
- A contact becomes online
- There's a new chat message
Remember! You need to keep your gmail, inbox or hangouts tab open for the extension to work. I am not affiliated with Google in any way, so it's the best that I can do :)

You shouldn't have to keep Hangouts open in order to receive Hangouts notifications. This is very inconvenient since I'm not always logged into Google Chrome.

- (2019-05-20) P.R. Bhattarai: Hangouts is good for messaging to friends but unlike Facebook Messenger it lacks one feature that we can't erase the message once we send. Sometimes mistakenly we type wrong words and send. In this case again we have to type to correct. Further, we can't see one step previous message, this also if Google avoids, that would be much better.
