- Template sharing is something quite useful. Sadly that is not free but they gave us non-profit discount.

- Free version of this extension won't let you load the template you have created. I don't believe developers are being upfront about this fact. Creating a template in their visual designer has weird limitations, like not allowing a table inside a table. As far as their free templates, I didn't like a single one (because I thought they were quite unattractive). I also don't think they were created entirely in visual design mode, which caused a problem of not being able edit certain features visually. I ended up creating a template in MS Word and just shoving it into cloudHQ interface. One thing I did like was that they uploaded pasted images to the web in the background to make them accessible in the template.

- I was hoping someone can help us here. I can not get this extension to work on the native Gmail app for a Samsung S9 FE or a Samsung A9 tablet. I can get it to work on a Samsung Fold 5 just fine. The "Insert from Templates by cloudHQ" option is not available from the three dot menu on the tablets. In dekstop view the software is there, but not it the Gmail app. Over an hour with AI looking for the issue. All the documentation states this app works on a "Mobile Device" but does not clarify it this includes tablets. I would really like to use this add-on for my empolyees as it's one of the very few out there that offers a template integration for Gmail mobile. Called the CloudHQ phone number with only option stating to email. Have emailed twice and no response. Greatly appreciate any help.

- I have been trying to use many other web & software but those are not satisfactory, This is easy and smooth. Most importantly, I don't have to use any other website to create a template mail...... Now I can create and use it from Gmail.

- Asks for all sorts of access including ability to edit and delete all contacts and content from google drive. Even when installed it failed to work aside from one time initially. Seems very buggy and prone to scams.
