Without this extension, for example, when you click through YouTube videos, back and forth, they always start from the beginning, even those, you left watched half way through. No more. With this extension, previously watched videos will resume from where you left them at. Even if you restart your browser.

Version 1.1 and up now handles YouTube videos, posted on other websites.

Doesn't work about half the time. I'll refresh the page, and the video will restart at the beginning or pick up from where it picked up last time where I have to skip forward and find where I left off (if I can remember).

Youtube links with &t=2937s in the url will always start at the same place. Be nice to toggle this.

Four stars and not five, because for a while now it hasn't worked as well as it used to. Often, to make it “remember” the position of a video, you have to refresh the page. And that's quite tedious!

Working smoothly for single video playback but when I added new video in queue list the add-on forgot to remember the video position and does not work anymore.

Used to work flawlessly and was my favorite extension, now it doesn't work at all 95% of the time, the other 5% it works randomly, and saves a previous position on a video rather than the most recent.

work fine. but one thing missing is i dont want it to resume for short videos (music clips and audio songs) fix that. that's the only issue. or set time remaining setting more than 60 seconds so we can set it for 7/6/5 mins

Works great but there needs to be a whitelist option to allow videos or playlist frequently visited to bypass this.

Go to the options, you will see three boxes. Do not leave them empty.

The program was great for years, but now it's broken for me. Despite trying a bunch of other extensions, none worked as smoothly as this one had. Fortunately, I found a userscript named "YouTube Auto Resume" which was as an excellent substitute.

Works ok most of the time, but it has some different characteristics when used along side other extensions. When refreshing a video the time bar goes to the remembered position but then reverts back to the beginning. You need to quickly press play before it resets to the start. Pressing [ back ] from another video works correctly each time, which is good.
