  I downloaded this app and I'm on the website wanting to order a movie and it won't allow me to pay. It says,"Uh Oh! Our payment system was blocked from loading on the page! Please check active third party extensions on your browser and refresh the page." Why can't they just operate like a normal website???

  I see the icon in my browser, but it just brings me to Chrome web store every time, not actually an app that I can use to watch movies. What gives?

  After I was able to figure out how to use the extension to tag films and videos, it worked at first, but now when I click on the "tag this video" button, it redirects me to the vidangel website. I've tried re downloading the extensions and what not. Some help to figure this out would be appreciated

  I cannot make my vidangel chrome extension work on youtube. It is enabled, but when I go to watch a purchased video, it doesn't show up. Already signed in to chrome, google, youtube, and vidangel. Help!

  We use VidAngel through the website. I just discovered you guys have an Extension that I have added to my Chrome browser, but I'm not sure what it does. Can you explain what the difference is, and if I need this extension for something? Thank you!

  My fammily is v ery excited about your product. However, we do not "get it." Meaning we have spent over an hour reading everything we could find on your sight. At least on our connection we cannot find where to signup...next steps we need to take to watch a movie. Gooogle wallet??? Need to sign into You Tube We are ready to give up. I even slept on it to see if when I got back to it in the morning I could movev forward. HELP!
