Ponder is a higher-order literacy tool that provides a leveled critical thinking scaffold on any text or video that readers can browse to. In turn, the structure of the scaffold allows Ponder to create a visual heat map of cognitive, analytical and emotional reader thoughts, allowing instructors and classmates to quickly see the “forest” of critical thoughts for the trees.
The Ponder scaffold is available in Spanish (Español), French (Français), Arabic (عربي) and Irish-Gaelic (Gaeilge).

Read the reviews, and realize that two of them are actually from people involved in making Ponder. The app isn't that great itself. Glorified text chat without a user base, really.
I've used the English and French versions to not only keep a record of information that I've found interesting, but what I found to be interesting at the time. The process of flagging is fast and easy to use. Another bonus, I can share articles with my friends without cluttering up their email inboxes and Facebook feeds.
I use the Arabic and English versions. Work nicely!. I love to use it to share articles and comments with my colleagues.
