This is the greatest twitter-related chrome extension ever. Love it. I'm using it probably not for the intended purpose - to follow a list of people from a html page of archived twitter chat. This produces a dropdown list of 10-15 twitter handles from the extension. About 50% of the time. the extension shows the follow status (following or not following) of these accounts. The rest of the time it shows all of the accounts as not being followed. Is this instability because of the number of twitter accounts that the extension is pulling from the page? I haven't seen this issue before at all. Thank you! @kkdub
  • (2013-04-11, v:1.0) Randy Lea: Question regarding multiple Twitter feeds
Hello, It was my suggestion to Gina that prompted her post on ThinkUp. I just installed your extension, I'm very happy you spent time creating it. The background of my question to her is that when I learned of the death of Google Reader, I decided that since most RSS feeds now have an equivalent Twitter feed, and the fact I don't see anything really that replaces Reader, I would just subscribe to all the Twitter feeds and leave RSS behind. But there was no Twitter equivalent to Chrome RSS extension, making it a bit of a challenge to Follow. I really like the way your extension takes you to the Twitter page when I click on the icon, but my question is what happens on a page with multiple Twitter feeds? I would like to see a pop-up, similar to the one on the Chrome RSS extension, that allows me to pick the feed I want. Thanks again for solving my problem. I have some other ideas for extensions for Twitter, if you are interested.
