Столько всего перебрал пока нашел, то что хотел: - Полностью автоматический перевод при выделении; - Настройка цветовой гаммы всплывающего окна. Если не сложно, добавьте Возможность выбора начертания шрифта и настройку, чтобы окно не следовало за мышью. Ну это как пожелание.
