With iLink Pro you can access voice and IM communications, presence, click-to-call, location sharing and other communication tools inside the cloud applications you work in regularly like Google Apps, Salesforce.com and others. With iLink Pro you’re never more than a click away to find people, to see their availability and to communicate with them anytime, anywhere. With iLink Pro you can: - Check people’s availability - Chat 1:1 or with a group of people - Click-to-call any phone number - Share and find the location of others - Access your corporate and personal contacts iLink Pro requires your organization to be running the Esna Officelinx Unified Communications server. Once you’ve installed iLink Pro you will be required to: - Refresh your Chrome browser tab(s) - Enter the address of your Officelinx server (your IT department can provide this to you) - Allow secure access to your Google account from the permission request - If you experience problems with the click-to-call feature initiating both Google Voice and iLink Pro dialing, disable outbound voice calling in your Gmail settings. Go to Settings/Chat /Call Phones/Disable Outbound Voice Calling.   • (2018-05-18) maia hall: I was really excited to us this tool but when trying to connect to my O365 account with this extension I kept getting authentication failed. Checked and made sure it wasn't an O365 issue. Wish this tool was more compatible :(
  • (2016-08-04) Jeff Howard: Looks like this version only works of you are using Google mail. My company has an in house Iwatsu PBX phone system with the Esna TOL setup for the voicemail system. The only iLink program that works so far for us is the desktop app and the phone app. None of the browser extensions or add-on work with our on-premise system. One other issue that came up is the only way to get user profile pictures to show in any of the Ensa UC products is be using Google as your email and calendar provider.

  • (2014-09-25) Justin Colvin: Best UC App out there. Not only does it help to keep me in the browser (where I live day in and day out), it allows me to collaborate with my team and appear in office no matter where I am in the world. Looking forward to watching this product grow each release.
