I installed vpnoneclick extension from google chrome but after installation the subscription`s info says that invalid user id . I reported your support team (Mike &..)this problem many times and every time they could`t solve it . By the way I have an active account until 2014/07/19. So I want to let you know that the vpn services are not useful for me and I just need the proxy connection because of my own personal reasons. Hence,I don't know how to solve my problem and I paid 19.99 $. This is my username and password that it doesn't work on proxy right now. I would be greatly thankful if you respond me as soon as possible.
