NOTE: This fix is no longer required since the Steam chat update which fixed the scrolling bug. The extension will stay up however for those who still find it useful.
Fixes Steam Web Chat bug that prevents the chat window from scrolling down when a new message is sent or received.

- (2018-06-06) Sam S.: Helpful AF. I hate this bug. One thing: I can't use it in a short window. When steam switches to the mobile style or what that is at a certain window size, the autoscroll stops working again. Would be awesome if you fixed that because that's a really convenient size for chatting and watching videos at the same time.

- (2017-11-20) Jamie Frost: Quite good -- if you're in one on one conversation it keeps the scroll going. If I change between 2 people that I'm chatting with (click on new name) when the chat area loads it isn't scrolled to the bottom.
