For those who can't figure it out, install it, then go to pixiv and END YOUR LIVESTREAM if you're in it trying to make this work. when you start another one and select screen sharing you'll be prompted to select if you want your entire screen or an app on your computer. Hope this helped!

• (2017-12-22) Neptor Kriegor: Works perfectly fine 10/10, you have to go to Pixiv Sketch Live website and start the live from there. This extension then pops up to show the options, such as which screen to stream or webcam or whatever. (*^ω^)
