It is about 4 days that the web application does not save highlights and sticky notes on PDFs. The mobile version works perfectly, even when I go to the web app the changes are synced, but the error on the web page exists. This is a service that I think people will rely on it. It should have a better support. *** I should mention that my issue is resolved today and the web app works perfectly. Thank you very much Diigo team.

• (2023-08-19) Data Two: Would Love to Love It. . . But. First and foremost, this extension hasn't been updated since 2021 and appears to be abandoned. Which is a shame. So much potential, so very much potential. But strange. In order to place a sticky note on a website, it takes numerous clicks. First left click to contextual menus and choose sticky note. Then extension opens up a bar of selections in upper right corner of the site your on. Then click on the sticky note in the that open extension. Sticky note will appear in the upper LEFT corner of your window. Then you click it open, then enter pertinent information, click save. And if you wish to move the sticky to another area of the sites window, you must wait till it closes, THEN move it. Otherwise, it will return to the upper left corner again. I don't know why it was set up this way and despite my looking for option ini preferences to alter this behavior, I could find none. If you could simply click open a note (wherever your mouse happens to be), enter your text, and save it that would be nice. Also, having the note remain where it is when you do this would be even nicer. Other than this, I've not investigated the other options, as if the sticky note operates in this manner, I can't imagine what kind of roads I must run in order to complete those tasks. As much as I want to use this extension, and I really really do, it takes far too many actions to use it efficiently. So, it has to go.

Also,when you change a highlighted color it does not take effect until the page is refreshed.   TSheets is a time-clock app owned by QuickBooks. I have been using it with no problems but today encountered very strange behavior where it wouldn't take any input from the keyboard unless I was holding down the left mouse button. This happened on two computers, both using Diigo, running Windows 10. The problem occurred in both Chrome and Edge. I tried disabling Diigo either entirely or for the page (setting it to on-click-only mode) and the problem resolved. I repeated the whole process and was able to duplicate the problem.
