Look at the reviews on your customer service page! It would be difficult to find another piece of software as poor as this. Coupled with the quality of your questions, maybe someday soon ICDL will wise up and drop this dreadfully poor software. Please get abetter system for those test. The worst.

It would be difficult to find another piece of software as poor as this. I have be invigilating ECDL/ICDL tests since 2009 (5 lifetimes in technology terms) and the offerings of PSI are as dreadful as they were back then. Coupled with the quality of your questions, maybe someday soon ICDL will wise up and drop this dreadfully poor software.
