Email Extractor finds and copies to clipboard valid email addresses from web pages a user visits.
To use:
Right-click on the extension icon to open an options window. You can select an execution mode and the resulting list options.
Execution Mode:
* In the "once" mode (default), when a user clicks the extension icon, the Extractor collects all emails from the active tab and copies them to the clipboard.
* In the 'background' mode, when a user clicks the extension icon, the Extractor starts collecting emails from web sites a user visits. When a user clicks the extension icon again, all collected emails are copied to the clipboard, and the collection process stops.
In both modes, all duplicate emails are collapsed into one.
Hovering over the extension icon shows a tooltip with a current mode.
An indicator shows a number of emails collected: in black while the Extractor is collecting data, red when the collection is done.

It works so fast that some times it commits errors, bad typed emails, but very few. The creator of this soft would make it a little slower or preciser in order not to wrong type some emails. But in general is WONDERFULL.

I used to be able to go through each page of a directory on a site and it would scrape and collect the emails on each page of the directory (the directory is all on one url) now it will only collect the first page and if I go to the second page I after press the icon to make it red and paste those emails somewhere and then press the icon again to reactivate it for each page. congratulations, a really cool addon. upon clicking the button, it picks up addresses which then are stored by ditto. One thing that might be very useful to more users is a toast message (if that is the word) to show for a while the addresses that were found. This would give you a quick overview whether you have what you need. For example, the page you are on, might have a payroll@.... address, whereas you might be looking for info@.... or sales@.... Instead of revisiting the website later to source what you need manually, you could do that instantly. The problem also arises in the first mode.
