  • (2024-10-11) Brian Mazzarella: It's GREAT, but please update for Manifest V3!
  • (2024-09-11) Andi K: In opposite to Tampermonkey, @require works in Kiwi browser (Android), but has an issue: 1. Unlike Tampermonkey, it caches those URLs after saving, and even a click on the "refresh" button or re-saving the userscript does not enforce updating, while this was the reason I inject them: to get instant updates for an edited script. (Temp. solution: After having updated a script, update your userscript by adding a new unique query "?XYZ" to its @require'd script URL.) 2. Current bug: matching with @include or @match does not work any more. On nearly every website my script has no effect and is listed with a red dot as "not matched" and the console shows the following error: "Uncaught (in promise) TypeError: Cannot read properties of null (reading 'inject') at GetInjected (chrome-extension://jinjaccalgkegednnccohejagnlnfdag/background/index.js:1:184311) at async Lc (chrome-extension://jinjaccalgkegednnccohejagnlnfdag/background/index.js:1:190682) at async u (chrome-extension://jinjaccalgkegednnccohejagnlnfdag/background/index.js:1:1710) Error: callstack before invoking sendMessage: at Proxy.<anonymous> (chrome-extension://jinjaccalgkegednnccohejagnlnfdag/injected.js:1:2232) at je (chrome-extension://jinjaccalgkegednnccohejagnlnfdag/injected.js:1:3326) at Ne (chrome-extension://jinjaccalgkegednnccohejagnlnfdag/injected.js:1:3438) at je (chrome-extension://jinjaccalgkegednnccohejagnlnfdag/injected.js:1:3309) at nt (chrome-extension://jinjaccalgkegednnccohejagnlnfdag/injected.js:1:4595) at chrome-extension://jinjaccalgkegednnccohejagnlnfdag/injected.js:1:14212 at chrome-extension://jinjaccalgkegednnccohejagnlnfdag/injected.js:1:14542 at chrome-extension://jinjaccalgkegednnccohejagnlnfdag/injected.js:1:15295"

  • (2024-06-14) lawrence d'Aniello: It would be great if you could integrate support for distinct user profiles or folders, allowing users to activate just one at a time. Using just one profile would alleviate the inconvenience of having to manually disable multiple conflicting scripts each time, or using different userscript managers. Thanks very much!

  • (2023-12-10) Macleod Sawyer: Violenmonkey is open-sourced, and vetted (go check it out on GitHub). I believe the last comment from Sam B was confused with Tampermonkey which is closed source and mega sketchy.
  • (2023-11-25) Benjamin Shapiro: A must for anyone remotely serious about taking back some semblance of control, privacy, and freedom in how you use the web. Also a must for any web developer who knows javascript. Also a must for pentesters.... what are you still doing man? Get the extension, install a userscript, and do literally anything your heart desires.
  • (2023-11-24) RJ Deng: 脚本别名功能非常好用
  • (2023-10-24) Not Sure: Dobre
  • (2023-10-16) Sam B: Closed source and mega sketchy
