Description from store UPDATE: This is now open source: https://github.com/antorsae/fixcase 1) Changes case of selected text, either to Sentence case or to Title Case Examples: I LIVE IN NEW WORK -> To sentence case -> I live in New York Notice how New York retains its proper capitalization, the extension handles a lot of special capitalization cases (e.g. names, acronyms, etc.). I LIVE IN NEW WORK -> To Title case -> I Live in New York Notice how 'Live' is capitalized but 'in' is not because it capitalizes the first and last words, and all other words; except for articles, prepositions, and conjunctions. See http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Letter_case for further information. 2) Converts selected text into a bulletized list of items, provided that selected text contains comma-separated list of items. HOW TO USE IT: a) Select a text fragment within a form and right click the selected option b) Select a text fragment within a form press: CONTROL + SHIFT + S for 'Sentence case' CONTROL + SHIFT + T for 'Title Case' CONTROL + SHIFT + B for 'Bulletize' c) Place your cursor on a form (don't select any text) and press: CONTROL + SHIFT + S for 'Sentence case' CONTROL + SHIFT + T for 'Title Case' CONTROL + SHIFT + B for 'Bulletize' To act on all text within the form. IMPORTANT: To enable keyboard shortcuts: 1. You must be running Chrome 24 or above (install Chrome beta here https://www.google.com/landing/chrome/beta/) 2. Install the extension 3. Go to Chrome -> Tools -> Extensions. On the bottom right click on "Configure commands" and associate the keyboard shortcuts with the "Fix Case" extension commands.

(2018-10-22) Chris Eller: Google Docs doesn't offer Sentence case. This tool offers it. But in Google Docs a right click does NOT show the tools this says it will in the illustration. I'm in a Google Doc in the Chrome browser. It is installed, active, and I highlighted text. Then I right clicked in the text. Not tools.

Para quem reclama que não funciona recomendo o F5 no primeiro uso e alerto que só funciona em entradas simples e não em campos de edição de rich text como editores de e-mail e docs.

(2016-06-16) Richard Simpson: Works great, lightweight and unobtrusive. Simply highlight the text you want to change, right click, select Fix Case and make a choice. Couldn't be easier or faster. It would be better if UPPERCASE and lowercase were options, but my primary use is fixing names that get imported as all uppercase from resumes and this handles that task perfectly.

(2016-02-24) Patrick McDaniel: This extension works fine IF YOU HIGHLIGHT THE TEXT FIRST, then right click the mouse to change the case. Very easy to use compared to the other extensions like it. The only limitation currently is it only does sentence and title case (not complete upper).

(2015-08-31) John Roblin: This does work but it's not immediately obvious how. You need to HIGHLIGHT the text you wish to change; it won't change all text in a field you right click on. Highlight and then right click and you'll see the Fix Case menu. This might just be because of a limitation of Chrome but (as another reviewer mentions) what shouldn't be limited are the options on how text can be changed although the bullet-points option is a nice inclusion.

Hi Fix Case, As a user, I find it to improve efficient in editing. Could the developer add in shortcut key to change to title case using key instead of highlight and right click.

There are certain places where I need to convert to all UPPERCASE, it would be nice to have this added. Also it would be great to pick certain pages/forms to make sure they're set to whatever case you pick.
