Merch Informer Trademark Protection is available for ANYONE out there who wants to make their life easier by keeping their Merch by Amazon account safe. This helps you identify trademarked phrases before you put them in your titles, bullets, and descriptions of your Merch by Amazon listings.
Trademark checking has never been easier for Merch by Amazon items.
With a single click of the button, the Merch Informer Trademark Protection plugin will use the USPTO database giving you the most accurate trademark check there is, directly from the source.
While this will work on any front facing Amazon product page, the real magic happens if you have a Merch Informer account. When you have a MI account, you can log in to the plugin and do your trademark checks directly on your Merch Dashboard. This allows you to check all titles, bullets and descriptions before you upload them ensuring you do not infringe on a trademark.

- I've been paying for an account with Merch Informer for almost as long as they've been around. It's fair to say I've given them more money than their products have been of use to me. They are slow rolling out updates and improvements, which impact the usability of their products for paying customers. This extension in particular has become ineffective. It only checks the title and not the bullet points making it not fully useful. The support (video) is also outdated (4-5 yrs old). The reality is - Amazon Merch continues to upgrade and improve their users experience - but Merch Informer fails to streamline their product to provide the same experience for their customers. This creates frustration on the user end. The last year has been a huge disappointment with Merch Informer. I'm not sure I trust their products anymore, so be weary!

- The tool fails to catch critical trademarks and thus can't be counted on. Examples: "The Halo Effect", "I'm Not Here".
