Sales Closer is a virtual assistant for sales people that enables account executives to catch and act upon potential slipping deals, and improve close rates through prioritisation of activities across all opportunities.
Sales Closer is embedded directly in email flow, sitting in the browser alongside Gmail. It provides side-by-side alerts, insights and guidance for all sales communication activities. Predictive analytics based on deal communication, history and current deal status combine with real time views to provide an up to date and insightful view of all current opportunities. Integration with Salesforce is provided, ensuring a 360 degree view of all sales activities.
• Sales Closer enables sales people to identify slipping deals quicker and improve the close rates of those deals. Deals that may not otherwise have been caught are flagged to the user and account executives can rapidly respond through email alongside the Datahug information.

Product Overview
The product consists of 3 main feature areas:
ALERTS
- Sales Closer provides real-time visibility into overdue opportunities – alerting sales to opportunities that may slip
- A prioritised list of opportunities shows deals with the highest scores and nearest close date at the top, indicating those deals most in need of attention
- Deal summaries show the no. of days before the deal is scheduled to close
DEAL STATUS & INSIGHT
- Up to date deal status, score and opportunity information live, within the browser
- Next action recommendations to guide salespeople as to best actions to move deal to a close
- Insight into how to raise the score of deals such as adding more contacts, sending email to the opportunity.
ACTION
- Access contacts at this opportunity through Sales Closer and email directly from browser
- Edit/update deal information to reflect changing close date, stage, amounts and next steps.
