- I really like this app but when the "unknown error" screen comes up it almost impossible to clear it. I tried refresh, restart and turning it off altogether all to no avail. THAT is very frustrating.

- What a great program! Thank you so much. I was desperate to find a way to convert my old Audible books. This program works so wonderfully, and I am so grateful. I've decided I've had enough of Amazon's shenanigans. It's bad enough they are deceptive on their own site, but since they've bought out Audible some years ago, Amazon has done the same there. So, now I am going through my Audible library and downloading what I can, and converting what hasn't already been done, and then canceling my subscription. I am infuriated to find that 19 of the 100 plus audiobooks I've purchased over the past ten years have become inaccessible. And never has there been a refund for this, Amazon/Audible simply swallowed the money and continued on its merry way. That is $284 gone. As if Amazon really needs to stoop so low as to do this, but then why not? The Amazon site itself is rated as deceptive and very low in trustworthiness. People should be shaking in their boots when any company barely 25 years can amass so much money that it can begin its own space program. To say the days of corporatocracy have begun is an understatement.

- It was good at first, but it suddenly declined today. I have been trying to convert one of my videos to the Wii AVI Format and the site won't load the choose files box. I tried using the extension and by my dumb luck, It wouldn't load either! I am typing this from a Windows 7 laptop as I cannot afford a higher quality Windows computer, and I'm wondering if they just recently quietly dropped support.
