This extension allows you to easily send pages from your browser to your phone through telegram. Go to @hereitis_bot in telegram and press start to retrieve your chat id. Input the id into the options page of the extension and you are all set. Whatever page you are on, press the extension button in the top and it will be sent to all of your devices with telegram installed.
