If you have an idea for a post, but don't have much time to go to your blog, just jot it down in WP Quick Post and it will be autosaved for you. You can come back to it and edit it whenever you want, and post it straight to your blog when you're ready to publish it. You just have to be logged in as a user with posting capabilities.
This extension just requires
1) that you install and activate the JSON-API WordPress Plugin. http://wordpress.org/plugins/json-api/
2) that once you have installed AND activated the JSON-API plugin, then you activate the "Posts" feature in the JSON-API settings area of your blog. You can find the json-api settings at this link http://substituteyourblognamehere/wp-admin/options-general.php?page=json-api
