Text such as "KB0000001" and "INC0000001" will become a link to the KB article / incident in the Yale instance of Service Now. This works on all web pages (except google products).
KB links point directly to the KB Article. INC links point to the sitewide search (because there is no direct link to an incident by INC# in SN).

Will this work on any service-now system, or just the Yale one? Can it be edited to work on another? We use it at work and I'd like to try it out there, but it doesn't seem to work there (I'm sure it's been created to only work for Yale's SNow system. Thanks!
