vim-scroll
Description from store

Simple j/k/h/l/gg/G scrolling.
Nothing more, nothing less.

The plugin allows scroll navigation with the keyboard:
Press the j key to scroll down
Press the k key to scroll up
Press the h key to scroll left
Press the l key to scroll right
Press the g key twice to scroll to the top
Press the G (shift + g) key to scroll to the bottom

CHANGELOG:
v4 fixed issue with scrolling when typing in input fields and similar.
v5 fixed issue with slow scrolling on some pages
v5.0.1 remove console.log statement

DESCRIPTION:
vim-scroll deliberately registers it's keybindings early, so that websites that use the same bindings (like twitter) will overwrite them.
This might be made optional in later updates

Work really nice!! Thanks a lot!

It's so satisfying to press `gx` on any link in nvim, see the page open in chrome and then being able to scroll down with `j`, Vim life, a mouse??where?? Every extension should be like that, it does the job and nothing more than what the title says! Thanks!

Such a small yet huge help in your daily workflow. Will love it. Just wish there was support for Ctrl + D/U scrolling as that's the best way to vertically scroll IMO. Would need to override Brave's default binding of Ctrl + D being 'to bookmark' but surely that's achievable?

Like it very much, just what I want. I tried several vim-like extensions but they are too much for me. Do you plan to support ctrl+b/f so that people can scroll by page?

Vim-scroll is exactly what I was looking for. I just wanted to avoid the awkward transition when I switch between code editor and browser. There are several more robust extensions that add Vim-style functionality to Chrome. I'm sure they're great, but I don't need all that.

works well except when you have to type in text boxes. I wish there was a quick way to turn it off. (esc anyone?)

It's awesome! (I wrote it, so to be fair I'm a little biased)
