(2020-02-25) Kai Yang: Can I enable it only on Windows? I love this extension because the scrollbar on Windows is ugly, but I don't want it be enabled on a mac. Since Chrome syncs extensions for me, I have to choose to enable or disable this extension across all my devices.

(2018-04-01) Vasily Tretiakov: Amasing! How I tired from chrome tiny invisible scrollbar!!! I have problems with vision, and 22" monitor. Chrome defaults is for people, who not use scrollbar at all.
