This extension does its job nicely. I'm surprised more people don't use it but maybe the usage is just very niche. The extension shortcut in Chrome can be clicked to Hide or Show the video or thumbnails and these changes are applied instantly. EDIT: I would like to see this app updated to hide Shorts' thumbnails - this new Youtube feature as of 2024 is not blocked by the extension.

AMAZING. Does exactly what it's meant to. Well done Cettoana, you did a great Job on this. What it does: - When clicked on gives options to hide the youtube video itself and the thumbnails of ALL the other youtube videos, on the side and on the main page.. all of them are hidden. This is very good if you often find yourself distracted by a youtube thumbnail when you set out to view just one video.
