Background utilities for Dropship.Place

Description from store

This extension is needed to add some functionalities to Dropship.Place while remaining within everyone's TOS which preclude page interaction by server.

Currently this is used for 2 purposes:
- Fetch image data for comparison. This considerably relieves the stress on our server and speeds up scraping 5-6x.
- Batch ordering - cart preparation and shipment tracking
