I am SO glad I listened to another consultant and downloaded the trial. Not only was it easy to learn and cut my invoicing time in half, but it also removed human error. No more misspelled emails and names! I also must add that Brian's customer service is outstanding. When I had a system issue (my error, not the extension's) I was able to reach out to him via email and he was so quick to help me; emailing back and forth all the way til 11pm until the problem was solved.

I hate to ask customers to fill out STR info AND customer registration (customers get cranky when they have to fill out their info TWICE to buy a pair of leggings!), so I was doing the customer registration for them. This program saves me hours a day. Click the button and sit back while order forward takes care of the rest. The program will stop ad let you make adjustments too! New Bless has the issue of if you check out as a guest - there is no name connected to it in your pop-up. A mess! This takes care of all of that. I am now sorry I did not sign up 2 months ago!!

    If the phone number starts with a 1 (+1 country code) and is 10 digits long, drop the 1 so the phone number is 9 digits long. When the phone number is more than 9 digits long, we get a customer creation error and have to manually add in the state and correct the phone number.

    Hi! For the past few days, when using order forward, it allows me to select the pop up, add the item, any discount, then shipping, but as soon as I click save, it disappears, the column on the right is just white, and the screen appears kind of greyed out. It does create an invoice to my pop up, but only with shipping charge, but thankfully it does not send to the customer. It seems that another user has commented with a similar experience this weekend.

When I go into Bless, I see the order created with ONLY shipping added and the item they purchased removed.
