This extension blocks background tabs from opening when Chrome starts, saving resources when using many tabs. When a background tab is selected, it will then load. To know how much memory it saves, test chrome startup with and without the extension.

- Must be broken, since it doesn't do anything in the latest version of Chrome. I have 300 tabs that all are fully loaded every time I restart my computer. The instant any tab is clicked, it is displayed, with zero appearance of being "not loaded."
