Allows intuitive click-and-drag rearranging of the panels in Pivotal Tracker.
VERSION 2:
* NEW: Saves panel order per-project per-user. Go ahead and close the tab - the panels will come back the way you left them for that project! Want a friend to make some changes? Log out and when they log in they can set their own order independent of yours!
* NEW: Panel order propagates across all computers that are set up to sync to the same Google Account. Want the panel order you set up on your desktop to show on your laptop? Just make sure both instances of Google Chrome are set to sync the data, open PT on your laptop, et voila, there they are!
* FIXED: Done panel had an extremely small drag area.
And several other minor improvements.
