Much like the beloved cloud-to-butt extension, this will replace all instances of "Alt-Right" and "Alternative Right" with more accurate depictions of the group.
In the options you can choose between a handful of defaults, such as 'neo-Nazis' (the default) or 'white nationalists'. Or you can go ahead and create your own custom phrase! Have fun with it!
If you notice any performance issues (you shouldn't), you can disable the ability to work on dynamic pages (like Facebook, Twitter, or Google) in the settings.
